Bland-Altman Plot

The Bland-Altman plot is also know as the Tukey mean-difference plot. It is used to analyze the agreement between two different assays. It is highly useful in many different fields; chemistry, medicine and agriculture.

Precision with Bland-Altman SVB Macro

If testing with the data set used in the original Bland-Altman paper, slightly different results will be obtained due to the use of an approximate multiple in the calculation of the agreement limits (2 instead of 1.96) and the (perfectly reasonable) rounding used in the calculations. This macro uses full precision throughout. Comments in the macro discuss how to verify the published results,
